All of my blog readers (of which I'm not sure there actually are any yet) will be glad to know Saturday's Made on the Left market went wonderfully! I'm so flattered by all of the compliments I got over the day and even more so that so many people bought things.
Thanks to all of the people that stopped for a chat too. I spoke to new fashion graduate Erin who was sporting one of her lovely dress designs of On a Whim and also to Ashliegh of Ashliegh in Wonderland and Adam of Gen Y Lifehacker about blogging and such. Ashliegh and Adam enlightened me to the wonder of google analytics. If you have a blog or website and you're not using this - sign up now. It's great, free and now I know peope HAVE visited my blog and website. Phew!
There were so many gorgeous things available at the market and I was very happy with my purchase of the day from Osier. The brooch (pictured) is made from raw plywood, fabric and a very sweet handmade polymer clay flower. I bought some polymer clay aaaages ago and haven't even opened the packet but I think I've finally been inspired to give it a go.Thank you to everyone that supported me at my first market. Hopefully it's the first of many and things go as well in the future, as they did on the weekend.
